    Stabilizes the WhatsApp Web connection.

    • Fixes the endless watchdog restart loop after QR code refreshes
    • Keeps QR codes available until authentication succeeds
    • Adds automatic reconnect with bounded exponential backoff
    • Adds health monitoring for silent Chromium and network hangs
    • Updates whatsapp-web.js to 1.34.7 and the Alpine/Chromium runtime
    • Makes session reset and shutdown safe

    The WhatsApp QR code may need to be scanned once after updating.
